Description
This quiz is based on the Parent & Tot Program video which combines music, movement, play, bonding and exercise all in one! The program is designed for toddlers aged 10 months through to 2 years of age. Learn how to design aquafit classes where parents can spend quality time with their baby while doing a total body exercise program. We will utilize basic moves and a variety of activities to keep everyone moving and enjoying exercise. The babies will experience healthy activities that focus on developing fine and gross coordination, language acquisition, and shape and color recognition. A baby boat is used for the child to allow the parent to engage in more optimal physical conditioning. No swimming ability is required; just a love for the baby and the water!
