Does not absorb water, therefore will not be soggy during water exercise. These noodles are heavier than the Aquafit Intermediate Noodles, making the workout more challenging with better buoyancy support. Extruded foam so they will not split nor clog up your pool filter (which costs thousands of dollars to fix when clogged by bit of cheapy foam).
