Everyone Welcome! Workshops for both recertification or new candidate.  A combination of zoom and video streaming learning.   All  you need is internet and a device to stream the session & enough space to move gently as if you are on deck. Explore functional techniques to plan a balanced class for a variety of ages, skills and fitness levels. Candidates should review the videos prior to session. You do not need a pool to participate -this is practical education you may enjoy from your own home.
Week One – Shallow Water Lesson Planning focus on  Warm up, Cardio Combo’s  & Noodle Ideas
Week Two –  Muscle Up &  Mind Body Warm Down Stretch & Relax
Week Three – Deep water Training & Lesson planning
Week Four – Fine Tuning your  Shallow & Deep Lesson Planning Candidates should review the videos prior to this session.
