This foundation aquatic fitness Instructor program provides leaders with shallow & deep water techniques to design a group exercise program for a variety of ages, skills and fitness levels. New Instructors* should register for this event Full Shallow & Deep H2O Instructor Certification (Saturday, March 25, 2023 with full home study materials and exams included in fee. Up to six months after training to complete exam process)

Currently Certified Instructors may register for 16.0 CEC hour Re-Certification Workshop (Saturday, March 25, 2023 with 8 hours of additional videos and handouts included in fee. No exams nor quizzes)
