Qigong is a Chinese system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial-arts training. Qigong is similar to Tai Chi with fluid movements and emphasis on its rejuvenating effects. Judy has been a Master Trainer for WaterART Fitness for over 20 years.
