Janet Rollero, is a Master Trainer from Whitehouse Station NJ where she owns Fitness for U Studio. Janet facilitates land and water small group training and personal training. She will show you how to facilitate a program with a towel, ball and paper plate. Janet works with many special needs clients and we started her session first -so she could do more client training for the rest of her busy day. She talks about her business and how virtual training has helped her maintain her business (and grow her business) through the pandemic.
