This is one of the best pieces of equipment because it can have multiple uses! Use for advanced sports training or use as a belt or use as hand-held weights. We recommend wearing shoes and mitts for a more advanced buoyancy cuff lower body workout.
Create four different programs with the buoyancy cuffs:
- Advanced lower body or leg resistance workout (we do recommend wearing shoes)
- Use two cuffs together as a belt
- Hand-held resistance workout, use like dumbbells
- Can be used as water wings for non-swimmer adults
The cuff has a durable blue canvas cover with 6 pads of closed cell foam which do not absorb water. The pads may be removed for less resistance.
If the blue canvas covers on your buoyancy cuffs are faded or torn, you may replace them here. There is an option in the drop-down menu to select ONLY the buoyancy cuff covers
