Steps for land and/or water!!!

Everyone needs fun and function, and the basic WaterART moves may be easily added to step for increased range of motion and balance training. Additionally, water fitness step training is a great way to tone as well as increase  lower body sculpting. Stepping in the water has been researched to improve functional fitness  and performance on land.

30 Inch Looped Fit Band

Looped resistance bands are an excellent tool for tethering, upper and lower body strengthening and flexibility exercises.

The proper care of bands is key for longevity. Please rinse and hang dry after each use. Avoid wearing rings or other instruments that can tear the bands.

Tubing with Handles (Blue only)

Easy-to -use tubing with handles provide medium resistance for strength training either on land or in the water.
These are approximately 4 feet (122 cm) are ideal for seniors for training strength. Great for strength training, tethering, and functional squats. Tubing has neoprene around the handles. Excellent for other adults that require variable strength training apparatus.

Balls are shipped deflated, so you will need to use a spoon or a flat object to remove the white plug that seals the ball in order to inflate it.
Once removed, you will be able to put the end of the pump into the hole to inflate your ball by standing on the pump and pumping this up.

You simply  connect the wider end of the tube to the blue end of the pump.  Inflating your ball may take a little time so do be patient. Be sure to change legs to balance your muscles and rest when needed.

May be an added workout for your quads & glutes!

Another ergonomic use for your WaterART Fit Ball is sitting on the ball while at a desk or while watching TV. In doing so, increased trunk muscle activation and core strength may be easily training. Start with short durations and then gradually add more time. We recommend getting up or having a break every 15 minutes anyway. A break may be utilizing your ball for more stretching or strengthening exercises or having some fun with some cardio marching.
