Perform a functional series of exercises that connect both mind and body with fluid movement. Qi gong can be thought of as a movement that is series of movements that work on the entire body in a flowing sequence with the breath. This is especially valuable for the aging population and helps to improve balance and breath. The key thing is to always perform the movement within your own range and ability.
