]]> The Aquatic Fitness Instructor Water Walking Certification course is offered by WaterART Fitness International. The water walking program reviews ways to improve gait and provides a variety of stretching, strengthening and cardiovascular conditioning exercises. Learning a variety of walking patterns and progressions will provide additional core, posture, balance, and mobility benefits.
Skills will be taught through a combination of classroom and in-pool sessions. This certification provides instructors with the skills they require to teach an engaging and safe aquatic fitness class in shallow water. Practical and written examinations will be components of this certification.

]]> Learn how to modify and program specific to water exercise and the different goals and needs of expectant mothers. Water exercise is an excellent modality for pre and post-natal fitness. Based on the American College of Obstetrician & Gynecologist (ACOG) exercise guidelines  review safety and contraindications to exercise. Candidates learn both shallow and deep water program exercises to facilitate classes for both swimmers and non swimmers.

* If you are new to WaterART or water fitness training , you should start with the full Shallow H2O or Shallow and Deep H20 Instructor Certification so you have the foundation of safety and program design.
