Certification is granted when a candidate has completed the competencies required via the examination process. All competencies for the exam process are clearly laid out in the manual.  Only candidates that have completed either the home study training and/or an onsite training program may become fully Certified and qualified with WaterART Fitness. WaterART does not transfer Certification status from other organizations. Candidates may choose to start at any level of training; however, reviewing the foundation program especially if the candidate does not have an exercise science background is always of great benefit.
