Guidelines and when to refer back to a health care provider when programming populations such as: functional and age related problems, cardiovascular disease, pulmonary diseases, early stages of Parkinson's Disease and movement disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, Common forms of Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, as well as common orthopedic conditions of the back, hips, knees, shoulders, neck and ankles
How to assess functional fitness and program with specific water specific exercise inventory.
