Adventure into the rhythmic movement of cycling and experience how an aquatic cycling class will be unique to regular group exercise programs.
Learn how to develop a complete water cycling class utilizing a suspended working position in shallow water or deep-water depth. This non impact - high intensity program will capture the athlete in everyone as well as bring more new patrons to your pool programs. You may choose to utilize a noodle or a buoyancy belt with this workout.
We do utlize music ( louder rock & roll) to emphasize the importance of the rhythm and cadence aquatic cycling.
So... "if you don't like to use music - then you dont have to -but some parts of the this program illustrate how to utilize cadence and movement and may be louder to specifically illustrate this point".
We do utilize music to assist the cadence of cycling ( as that is a big part of land cycling). We feel that this is a unique and important part of a cycling program.
This program utlizes exclusively a noodle. Should your patrons be a non swimmer - the program can be also done with a buoyancy belt.
