This land program introduces a variety of exercisetechniques for group fitness classes.
This follow along program will provide low and moderate impact fitness forcardiovascular benefits. The program offers combination patterns and movementsfor an easy to follow routine. There is also a strengthening componentwith tubing with handles for muscular fitness and strengthening and a fullstanding and bench stretch for a balanced full body program.
The exercise sequencing is a progressive system that blends dance, fitness andfun. This introductory program will help the instructor to gain the necessarymoves to develop a balanced yet functional program for apparently healthypopulations.
