Running on land is a goal pursued by many individuals. The
extreme training requirements for running often lead to injuries that
undermine success. Experience the benefits of non impact, deep-water
training as part of a good running regime. Unload the joints for safe
training and utilize interval sets to provide both the cardiovascular
challenge and the resistance muscular balancing. This program will take
you through a start to finish workout. Follow along for a complete class
or utilize some techniques to optimize your sports enthusiasts training
section of the program utilizes tubing with handles for cardiovascular
overload and intensity training. You may utilize this or fit bands or no
additional resistance and challenge.
DVD is a full class - that you may simply follow along for a great
overall workout (especially if you have a DVD player at the pool!)
