Our most popular and must have program for those who teach aging populations. This comprehensive yet practical approach of facilitating classes for an aging population will review senior exercise techniques for training functional well-being. Focus will be on developing exercise sets for helping the aging population maintain their activities of daily living (ADL’s) for independence and pain free movement. Techniques for cardiovascular training, muscular endurance and strengthening, relaxation and mindfulness, flexibility, balance, posture and gait will be reviewed for benefiting overall health. Let’s help adults to add years to their life and life to their years with enjoyable low impact and low to moderate intensity exercise. The virtual training will be via zoom link. You will need a device that you have a video camera and mic.
