Description
The course is geared towards very practical and enjoyable education. This program is an exercise design program which will focus on putting a safe, effective and enjoyable program together for many skills and fitness levels. The goal of the program is to teach the new instructor to lead safe, effective and functional programs. This session will provide new leaders with a user friendly system to design a purposeful program in the water since they may review the videos, laminated reference cards and manual to prepare fully. . Focus will be at the workshop on practical tools to learn how to teach movement as well as experiencing a variety of class styles and presentations techniques. The Master Trainer will guide instructors through a variety of basic movements, working positions and styles of programs. Basic water fitness equipment will be reviewed to progress and add variety to your aqua fitness programs.No experience required but if you can get to a few classes prior to the training -that would be helpful.

- Certificate of course completion
- Certification E-Diploma & certified status upon successful completion.
