This equipment will allow you to create multi-level exercise inventory for upper body resistance training. 5 levels of adjustable resistance or intensity progressions are available as well as two positions that you may hold the paddles. The drag resistance caused by using these paddles in the water will challenge your strength, balance, core and posture. Your classes will be much more progressive with the aquafit flex paddles as you program in either shallow and/or deep water depths!
