Personal Trainer H2O Instructor Certification




This program will help participants apply advanced scientific principles for on-on-one or small group training.  Candidates will effectively target components of fitness and performance, review a total body assessments to better understand the difference between land and water programming. This will help the trainer to provide results quicker to their clients. Learn to evaluate and progress your client’s training regime with aquatic exercise. Focus on how to identify a baseline for  muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and  posture training. Effectively target your clients needs, abilities and goals. We do recommend completing our foundation program prior to enrolling in this level.



In order to gain the most out of this program and become successful, the following are required:

  1. To have completed WaterART Shallow & Deep H2O Certification or equivalent
