If you need to re-qualify your certification you may simply take this training as a workshop (8 hours and review 8 hours of video recordings) specific to this area of training (one on one training or small group exercise). You will automatically be updated with your existing qualifications.
Candidates will review the current research in aquatic fitness and learn how to blend the properties of water with exercise design utilizing a specific water assessments. We will review specific H2O protocols to assess and program their client(s) in terms of posture, muscular balance, muscular strength, flexibility, balance, and CV. Review case studies and how to advance or progress inventory for the muscles with and without equipment. Explore if one on one programs are something you may be interested in for expanding your career options.
