										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The goal of this program is to provide the theoretic knowledge to plan a safe, effective and higher intensity non nonsense workout.<br />
Clients crave a more athletic approach to H20 fitness programs &#8211; stop the talking and get moving! This weekend warrior through high performance lesson plan will provide Instructors a system of exercise design. Review how to mix  intervals of high intensity  with active recovery  sets. Learn to maximize  client(s) using the protection and multidimensional resistance of the water.  Short and intense bursts of cardiovascular exercise will be blended with  with muscular conditioning sets for a total body full workout. Equipment such as dumbbells will reviewed for safety and for intensity overload. Find out how the Instructor can take command of your groups.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This tutorial presentation will help instructors fast track their skills and knowledge to build suitable programs for the many people with different forms of arthritis as well as other limitations from lack of mobility and strength.  Arthritis is not just one disease, but a term that covers a broad range of over one hundred inflammatory or autoimmune conditions that fall under the heading rheumatic diseases. The symptoms are varied and can include inflammation, pain and stiffness in the joints, muscle and connective tissue as well as systemic inflammation meaning that pain can occur throughout the body.  Water exercise is the perfect workout for those with arthritis.</p>
