This program will utilize equipment such as weights, golf tube and is all standing workout (no floor or chair work). Be sure to check in with a rate of perceived exertion so that the instructor may provide modifications (if necessary) to lower intensity. Assume the senior demographic may be a very diverse group -active and not so active; however, all require movement. If someone is new &#8211; suggest that they not use any equipment the first class so that they may monitor and see how they feel after the session.</p>
