Whether on deck and/or in the water participants should wear shoes to maintain proper posture and body alignment.  This shoe is the perfect all-purpose water shoe. With security in mind, the tab on the back of the ankle helps with ease of entry. Constructed from a quick-drying mesh jersey material, it is lined with a soft EVA insole. Ideal for both land or water (deck work and/or pool ) as well as hiking and outdoor activities. **Mens sizes:  order up 2 sizes, please.

We suggest that you remove the insole to dry shoes quicker or have a second pair to alternate use.

Be sure to try the easier exercises and gradually progress to more advanced exercises. Learn how to correct yourself after being off balance as well as how to fall safely. Features an adjustable, non-elastic belt strap for good body alignment especially if  the person wearing the belt is 25% body fat or more. The even distribution of buoyancy helps balance a person with more built in body fat so that they do not just float and cheat or jog belts push them into forward posture.This belt may be used for a variety of waist sizes of participants (30 inches up), perfect for using for deep water classes or for non swimmers in many different classes.

The belt should hold your head out of the water so that you are at neck-depth. Floating too much does not properly submerge and protect the shoulders and neck area to protect those joints. We recommend wearing mitts to support good posture and balance and to use for added upper body benefits. Wearing shoes during a deep water workout will make the workout more challenging!
