Made of EVA soft closed cell foam for a comfortable fit. Features an adjustable, non-elastic belt strap to help with  good body alignment to optimize core training benefits with someone with a flat back or flat gluteals. This is a typical running belt for runners. Wearing a proper buoyancy belt will allow the exerciser to hang perfectly in the water to secure and work on good posture and body alignment. A good buoyancy belt should hold your head out of the water so that you are at neck-depth with the arms outstretched and feet hanging. Floating or tilting forward is not helpful for good abdominal training. WaterART recommends that facilities have a variety of buoyancy belts for their diverse populations OR ideally, people invest in their own perfect belt to bring to the pool for their perfect workout.

The belt should hold your head out of the water so that you are at neck-depth. Floating too much does not properly submerge and protect the shoulders and neck area to protect those joints.
