Shallow & Deep H2O: whether
it is a space issue or just a class preference, often shallow &
deep water programs may be neatly combined into one program. Realize
though that each depth has specialized skills, moves and benefits. The
goal of this program is to provide a better understanding of the
uniqueness of each water depth. Learn how to provide a variety of moves,
working or body positions and program designs to skilfully teach both
water depths simultaneously. Provide multi-level options and
opportunities for your participants for swimmers and non swimmers.

changing body and working positions. This training will provide a system
to change up or provide combinations to your basic water fitness moves.
Review 10 ways to create more intensity or modify intensity with every
water specific movement so that all patrons maybe safely challenged.
Make the most of your movements and progress your programs with
Sports Circuits & Intervals: Sports
activities may be blended with the water for cross training benefits
and variety. Learn advanced tools to train your high performance
athletes or weekend warriors with circuit and interval training.
Discover infinite ways to make programs interesting yet effective.
Review advanced intensity techniques to target many overall training
benefits. This session will review both shallow & deep water
techniques to unload the body and maximize core challenge. The circuits
and intervals will utilize foam dumbbells and Noodles to provide
advanced targeting to any program. Learn the exercise physiology
associated with designing programs for buoyancy assisted and resisted
training. This program will review the necessary shoulder girdle
mechanics and safety considerations for strength training. If you are
not using the water as a training tool, then you are missing the secret
to injury prevention.
