*Virtual* Land Sit and Stand Senior Training

Diversify as a professional and join the fastest growing group of our population – senior fitness. Many people have lost of fitness and daily functioning as they having been out of the pool or gym through the Covid-19 crisis.

Learn functional exercises that they may do at home or you may teach as small group exercise or virtually. This training will focus on  functional and gentle exercise sets for helping with weight bearing and seated programs to help improve one’s  activities of daily living (ADL’s). Techniques for cardiovascular training, muscular endurance and strengthening, flexibility, balance, posture and gait will be reviewed to benefit overall health.  Let’s help older and/or less abled adults  improve activities of daily living  with a variety of chair and standing enjoyable exercises.
