Learn functional exercises that they may do at home or you may teach as small group exercise or virtually. This training will focus on functional and gentle exercise sets for helping with weight bearing and seated programs to help improve one’s activities of daily living (ADL’s). Techniques for cardiovascular training, muscular endurance and strengthening, flexibility, balance, posture and gait will be reviewed to benefit overall health. Let’s help older and/or less abled adults improve activities of daily living with a variety of chair and standing enjoyable exercises.
