This practical training will provide Instructors  with the new ideas and information to develop their  shallow and deep water programs. Whether you are new to instructing or a seasoned instructor – you  are welcome to attend.   The goal is to provide a balanced program that is safe, effective and enjoyable for the diverse populations that attend group exercise classes.  Review lesson plans build your inventory tool-box.

• 16.0  hour CEC – Re-certification  workshop ( Sat & Sun April 23 & 24, 2022 + automatic update  of WaterART qualifications)
• 8.0 hour CEC – Anatomy and Strength Training 8.0 hour Workshop  &  Kick Up Your Cardio Combinations workshop (Sat. April 23, 2022)
• 8.0 hour CEC   -Aquatic Noodle Boot Camp Workshop  & Awesome Abdominal and Core Workshop (Sun. April 24, 2022 )
