Thing to NOTE....
1) If you think you have changed your email address and not updated us that may be why you can't log in.
You can email us to give us the new address to log in to your account and retrieve a new password. Unfortunately, if you create a new account - you will not be able to retrieve your qualification or account discount information without notifying us of your email update.
2) If you are a new client and adding information, please be sure not to add any dots or dashes or hyphens or colons to the information because these symbols change the information SO it does not process correctly!
3) When you order online order says "processing", this means that we have not processed the order. There may be 2 processing orders( if head office staff hasn't update the payment to the order). We utilize a secure banking system called Internet Secure to authorize all orders. Office staff need to apply payment to all orders to validate payment. Therefore, there may be 2 orders "processing" until staff "validates" order. We will email you the PAID receipt when we have applied payment to the processing order.
