She works as a a Lifeguard, Red Cross swim instructor, Teaches Advance Lifesaving Programs for the Lifesaving society.
She coaches Lifesaving Sport, Master swim club ( with Triathlon athletes ), summer swim club as well as teaches regular Aquatic fitness classes . She has been involved in WaterART Fitness as a Certified Instructor for about 10 years!
I love the field I am in and enjoy going to work!! I teach Aquatic Fitness 3 times a week and have so for many years! I love to teach and now going to enjoy teaching as a Master Trainer for WaterART Fitness! I have enjoyed going to different places in Alberta to Re-Certify over the years and always meeting up with the many professionals the organization has. I have been blessed to be able to go to Mexico the last 2 years and and have meet many new friends that's I keep in touch with regularly, That's one of the greatest gifts I find in this field that you meet like minded people that love to teach and get you motivated to keep on going!!
I have found that WaterART Fitness has also helped me in my new adventure, I am taking up completing a triathlon and did 3 tri's last year, and on to sprints this year!!This makes gardening and my every day life so much more enjoyable and easier!!
I hope to teach many more people the many benefits of the water as well as help them to move and enjoy Aquatic Fitness as much as I do!!
