Judy’s passion for aquatic fitness and helping people live happier and healthier lives has led her to become a Master Trainer for WaterART. She is an experienced educator and a proven fitness industry leader. Her innovative approach led to the first Parkinson’s Specific Aquatic class, an Aquatic Stroke Recovery Program and a Multiple Sclerosis group program, She is an enthusiastic, upbeat educator who strives to make her educational certification workshops filled with knowledge, practical applications and be action packed. Within the past two years Judy has delivered seminars on “The Many Benefits of Aquatic Fitness” to the Arthritis Society, The Parkinson’s Assn., North Shore Stroke Recovery Assn., Capilano University and the YWCA in Vancouver. She is also a Balance and Mobility Specialist and co-owner and trainer at Surefeet.ca When she’s not teaching she enjoys spending time with her family, hike with her dog and enjoy music, dance and the arts.
