Grand Master Trainer
I share my passion, of learning how our bodies move and respond to water exercise, with clients. My goal is to encourage people to find "that thing" that will captivate their interest, that will motivate them to return to a weekly exercise session. I bring my 27 years of experience as an Aqua Fitness professional to each person I have the honor of working with. Strive to be effective, and have fun, for every minute of participation.
My education includes 4year Bachelor of Physical Education, 1 year toward a Master of Exercise Physiology, Aqua fitness certifications (group, personal training), Corrective Exercise certification, Orthopaedic Spinning Instructor as well as over 10 000 hours of continuing education credits and hands on experience.
My activities are in Water Fitness. My specialties are Mobility Training, Cardio Workouts, Core Training, Speed and Agility Training, Strength Training, Toning and General Fitness, Women's Fitness, Back Pain Prevention & Recovery, Post Rehab Orthopaedic, Injury prevention, Kinesiology, Personal Training, Group Training.
