Whether you are training on land and/or in the water – balance is one of the key components of fitness to train. Static positions and balance training is one of the most feared components of fitness to train on land especially as the population ages. Realize that balance is trained and learned. Start with some easy poses in good posture then move to one foot and change body positions. This balance set may take you awhile to work up to -so be careful to go at your pace and gradually progress into advance moves or poses.
