Qigong, qi gong, chi kung, or chi gung is a system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial-arts training. This form of exercise is somewhat like Tai Chi which adds mobility and flow to any person especially the elderly exercising.
