HOW TO VIEW YOUR WaterART ACCOUNT
• Click “Login/Register” at the top right of the menu
• For existing users: Enter your email address. Your username is defaulted to the email originally entered in our system.
• Click “Lost your password?” to create a new password via email.
• Check your email for link.
• Enter a new password then click “Save”
• Login with your email and the new password you created.
HOW TO VIEW YOUR WaterART CREDENTIALS
• Order history since October 2, 2019. Any order history previous will not be display. Please call 1-866-543-8938 or email us if you require further information.
• View Certification Qualifications and download, print, or share Certification Diplomas
• Change addresses
• Review CECs
• Your membership discount automates when you log in to order and your membership expiration is the same.
HOW TO ACCESS WaterART VIDEO STREAMING
Videos view on mobile devices only. Please download the WaterART Fitness app from the Apple store for iOS (iPhone/iPad etc) or Google Play for Android devices.
Log in with your website credentials (email + password). You will have video access for six months from the date of order. Unlimited streaming is available for WaterART Enthusiast or Certified members. Membership is an annual program that offers discounts and a free gift/ year and is separate to Certification or Qualifications.
Videos purchased individually from the WaterART video library will be accessible in ‘My Videos’. Unlimited streaming is available for WaterART Enthusiast or Certified members for video library. Quizzes may be purchased for CEC hours for any video. Each part is valued 2.0 CEC hours.
