• When you want to check what is in your shopping cart – click “view my shopping cart” tab at the top of website.
• If you want to change how many items are in basket - simply click update button & it will update the number of items or multiple items. ( update button is on the left hand side at the bottom of the shopping cart) 
• If you want to delete items - check mark delete - then click the update button & it will delete.
• ONLY check out when you have all the items entered.  If you have a DISCOUNT COUPON - enter when it when it says ‘REDEEM COUPON” and always click update (so it applies). You may only use one coupon per transaction.
• If you want to PICK UP the item at the office/specific event then enter in code - "pickuporder" and then the shipping rate is automatically deducted.
• If you want a different billing OR shipping address, remember to update appropriately. This information may be different to the billing information for your credit card is unique to your name and/or address.
• Please remember, when you log in, your discounted Membership rate is automated.
• NOTE : Do not click payment information UNTIL you are satisfied that it is the right amount you want to pay. Also you may phone with credit card information or mail a check/cheque.

After the order is received by WaterART you WILL receive a few emails to confirm order

1) confirmation of your ORDER when order is placed ( automatically generated) 

2) confirmation of your PAYMENT processing from e-retail system company or banking system (Internet Secure). Note: that the order is not fully authorized until we apply the payment to the order & email you the paid order. 

3) Therefore, you will receive another email from head office OR confirmation from Customer Service that the order is paid (PDF file) and when order will be shipped.  WaterART will not ship until until everything is authorized OR we receive purchase order paperwork. 

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION INFORMATION - you need to enter for online system to work.....

Note, we do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. However, in order to expedite your order via credit card we require the following information for processing:

1) Correct spelling and name on the card holder -remember to add an initial on the card if there is one that appears on the card i.e. John L Smith
2) billing address is the mailing address of card holder - exactly like your credit card statement mailing address
3) number of the card (should be 16 digits for Visa, M/C, and 15 for Amex)
4) expiration number (written month/year or 12/07)
5) 3 or 4 digit authenticity code on the back of the card for VISA/MC or front 4 digits for Amex

OR you may mail a check/cheque/money order or fax purchase order (with the online order). All orders must be paid prior to shipping.
