For Certification, CEC Workshops, Conferences & Clinics.

No cash refunds. If you are unable to attend a Certification course or Continuing Education workshop, Conference or Clinic after you have registered and paid the fee, you have the choice to receive either

1) complete correspondence program (this includes: manual, DVDs/videos and study guide quizzes or exams)

2) the appropriate course materials for the workshop advertised (this includes: video/DVD and handout(s) & CEC quizzes

3) to attend another training course or workshop, of equal or lesser value, within a 6 month time period. In order to take advantage of this, WaterART Fitness International must receive written cancellation of your attendance prior to the date of the selected AND PREPAID course via FAX (416) 621-0951 and or email to info@waterart.org

There is a non-negotiable $25.00 rebooking fee per course transfer.

In the event WaterART Fitness International Inc. and/or any of its officers cancel due to circumstances beyond their control. You may choose to receive a 100% refund OR the course materials as listed above.

For Scheduled Certification Exam with a Master Trainer.

If you have scheduled a date for Certification Exam and are not able to attend you must advise WaterART Fitness International in writing ( email/fax/mail) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date OR FORFEIT the fee that is included in the course registration.

All Certification exam must be completed within a 6 month period following the onsite training date or date of product purchase of the correspondence materials. The cost for late exam submissions or failed /uncompleted exams is $35.00 + GST ( if applicable).

All exams must be completed no later than 12 months after the course or correspondence products are purchased or you will have to re-take the entire program ( less the cost of the manual) .
In the event WaterART Fitness International and/or its officers cancel due to circumstances beyond our control a new date for certification will be arranged and an extension of 6 months will be added to your completion period.

WaterART Practical Certification Exams:

You have 3 options for completing the practical assessment for Certification. This should be submitted within 6 months of the training dates/or purchase of correspondence materials OR there is a $35.00 late fee. ( Include the fee with the exam)

1) attend a date that is scheduled with a Master Trainer-Please check website at www.waterart.org

2) submit a home video/DVD of your class (the class design is written out as part of the theory exam - we follow it along with your video/DVD submission)

3) book direct with a Master Trainer/Master Trainer Intern. In this scenario, the person being assessed has to make it convenient for the assessor (i.e. probably go to their location) Each onsite assessment takes 20-30 minutes. It is not necessary for the Master Trainer to attend your whole program. You just have to complete the competencies.

Report cards are then written for both theory & practicals ( and we email the report card to you). Once you are successful - you will receive an official WaterART Certified Diploma, status and online profile recognition.

Practical Onsite Exam involves teaching other instructors who attend the assessment date or the Master Trainer. We usually have 3-5 people in a group. You will have a couple of oral safety questions as well as teach 1) a 3-5 minute warm up Teaching 2) a 3-5 minute Cardio set Teaching 3) (2) 3-5 minute Strength sets and 4) a 3-5 minute Warm Down. You are evaluated based on 1) do you understand the exercise objective 2) can we see, hear and understand you 3) is the exercise safe and effective, A full report card will be submitted to you after the exam.

Return of Educational Products:

Educational materials are 100% non refundable with the exception of faulty VHS tapes/DVDS. In the event of a faulty tape and/or DVD, the same tape will be replaced. If the DVD is not playable on your system it will be replaced by a VHS video. All DVDS/videos must be returned, at the purchasers expense, to WaterART Corporate Office( in Canada or USA) WaterART Fitness International will replace the same product and re-ship without cost. WaterART Fitness International must receive written RETURN of your PRODUCTS prior to the reshipping the selected products. RETURNS ON EQUIPMENT OR APPAREL PRODUCTS
ALL RETURNS WILL BE APPROVED BY CORPORATE OFFICE AND GIVEN A DESTRUCTION NUMBER AND APPROVAL PRIOR TO THE RETURN. WaterART Fitness International must receive written RETURN OF YOUR QUOTING YOUR ORDER NUMBER WITHIN 30 DAYS of the PURCHASE via FAX (416) 621-0951 and or email to info@waterart.org
BATHING SUITS, UNITARDS AND WORKOUT WEAR ARE NON RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE. If there is a flaw we will gladly replace the product.

Electrical EQUIPMENT will be returned at the purchasers expense WITHIN A 45 DAY TIME PERIOD. In the event of a faulty product, WaterART Fitness International Inc. will replace the same product AND PAY SHIPPING. All maintenance of electrical equipment will be at the customers expense.

There is a $25.00 restocking fee.
