Hi,
I've just been watching the Cycling DVD, and notice that it doesn't look like participants are wearing a float-belt. Is there a specific reason participants would use the noodle to sit on or have the noodle up under their arms, instead of just wearing a belt and doing the cycling moves? Do participants wear a float belt at any time during a cycling workout?
